Description:

This position will assist with the interactive video conferencing (IVC) systems on campus.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing IVC system technical support in-person and remotely with faculty, staff, and students,
  • Assisting with varying projects and using a wide range of technology,
  • Assisting with installation of new equipment as needed,
  • Working some evenings and Saturdays

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience, particularly in-person with faculty, staff, and students
  • Professionalism, including strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to be prompt and on time
  • Self-motivation to work independently or as a member of a team
  • Ability to easily switch between tasks and prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to learn new technology skills
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds
